This page explains what personal information M60 Office Park collects when you use this website or get in touch about space at the park, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It is written to be read, not skimmed past. If anything is unclear, ask us.
Who we are
M60 Office Park is a business park at Wynne Avenue, Swinton, Manchester M27 8FF. The park is owned and managed by The Prime Group, Chichester House, 91 Moss Lane East, Manchester M15 5GY, which is the data controller for the personal information described on this page.
For anything to do with your personal information, email imran@theprimegroupuk.com or write to the address above.
What we collect and why
We only collect what we need to answer you and to keep the website working.
When you send an enquiry or request a brochure
The forms on this website ask for your name, company, email address, phone number, what you are looking for and any message you choose to add. We use this to reply to you, to arrange a viewing if you want one, to send you the brochure you asked for and to keep a record of the conversation. The legal basis is that you have asked us to take steps before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in letting space at the park.
Enquiries are stored in the website and emailed to the letting team. We do not add you to a marketing list because you enquired. If we would like to keep you informed about availability at the park, we will ask you first.
When you phone or email us
We keep the correspondence so we can deal with your enquiry and refer back to it. Normal business records, kept for as long as they are useful and then deleted.
When you browse the website
Our web server keeps standard access logs: the address of the page requested, the date and time, your IP address and the browser you used. These logs are used to keep the site secure and running, are not combined with anything that identifies you, and are deleted routinely.
This website does not run analytics or advertising tracking, and it sets no cookies of its own on the pages you read.
Cookies and embedded content
Some pages include content from other companies. Playing it or interacting with it may set that company’s cookies in your browser and send them your IP address, in the same way as visiting their site directly. The embedded services are:
| Service | Where it appears | Their privacy notice |

You can block third-party cookies in your browser settings and the rest of the site will work as normal.
Who we share it with
Your enquiry goes to the park’s letting team and, where a viewing or a letting is being arranged, to the joint letting agents acting for the park. We use ordinary business suppliers to run the website and our email, who process the information on our behalf under contract. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
We will disclose information if the law requires it, for example to a court or a regulator.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries and brochure requests: for as long as we are in conversation with you, and for up to two years after our last contact so we can pick the conversation back up.
- Correspondence about a letting that goes ahead: for the length of the lease and six years afterwards, as part of the property records.
- Server logs: no longer than 90 days.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct anything that is wrong or out of date;
- delete it, where we no longer have a reason to keep it;
- stop using it for a particular purpose, or restrict what we do with it;
- send it to you or to someone else in a usable format.
To do any of these, email imran@theprimegroupuk.com. We will reply within one month. We may ask you to confirm who you are first, so that we do not hand your information to someone else.
If you are not happy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would rather you told us first, so that we can put it right.
Security
The website is served over an encrypted connection, form submissions are stored in a system that only the letting team and our website support can access, and access is by named accounts. No method of storage is perfectly secure, so we keep what we hold to a minimum.
Changes to this page
If we change how we handle personal information we will update this page and change the date at the top. Significant changes will be explained here in plain terms rather than buried.
