THE HIVE is open in the Amenity Hub, and it could not be better named.
The worker bee has been Manchester’s symbol since the Industrial Revolution: resilience, industry, and a city that works. Putting a place called THE HIVE at the centre of a Manchester business park is about as apt as it gets.
It sits at the core of the park, 30 seconds from the front door of every building. Coffee, hot food, snacks and free wi-fi, with indoor and outdoor seating, so a catch-up with a colleague or a first meeting with a client does not need a room booking or a drive.
It joins a gym with showers and changing rooms, secure cycle storage, EV charging and landscaped grounds with picnic tables, all of it free to the people who work here. The Amenity Hub opened in September 2021 and has become the part of the park that occupiers mention first.
